The Lat38°PHC is a not for profit organization of people interested in the music and tropical spirit of Jimmy Buffett. We represent the Northern California region, from San Francisco to San Joaquin, Eureka to South San Jose, plus all points in between and beyond. We are a devoted group, who participate in community projects and help to preserve and improve the environment as a means of social interaction with like minded people.
